Are your ceramic products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our ceramics are safe for dishwasher use; however, items featuring gold or silver leaf detailing should be hand-washed and kept out of the microwave to preserve their luster.

Yes, Gunia Project ships worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Please note that custom or personalized orders are final sale.
How are the products manufactured?
Every piece is a result of meticulous craftsmanship. We combine traditional Ukrainian folk techniques with contemporary design, working with local artisans to ensure the highest quality of handmade production.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Since our products are fragile, we take great care in packaging. If an item arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging to arrange a replacement.
