Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original Gunia Project branding and protective materials to ensure these delicate ceramic and textile pieces are not damaged during transit.
Shipment
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our returns department; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Inspection and Refund
